Hanny, hailing from Germany, possesses a wealth of experience as a surgical nurse and has dedicated years to emergency and development programs worldwide. Her profound understanding of people and cultures has guided her to create a haven of hospitality and service excellence. Relocating to Phalaborwa in 2007, she seamlessly managed a highly regarded 4-star Guesthouse, infusing it with her unwavering dedication.

Bill, with a background in the mining industry, discovered his creative flair over time. Drawn to the untamed wilderness and breathtaking surroundings of Hoedspruit, he envisioned Ukuthula as a gateway for local and regional artists, fostering empowerment through their craft. Their vision of providing a platform to showcase remarkable works and empower artisans has met with commendable success.
