1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our reservation desk via phone or email. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

1.2. Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept major credit and debit cards. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as damage to property, will be billed to your credit card on file.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee.

2.2. No-Show: Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your reservation and payment.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability.

3.2. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to additional charges.

4. Cottage Policies

4.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. A designated smoking area is available.

4.2. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the cottage during their stay and may be billed accordingly.

4.4. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
